The staff welcomed us like family, especially Irina, whose food and cocktails were exceptional. The breakfast included local specialties, and the staff's recommendations for local tours were invaluable.
The distance from the main attractions can be a hassle if you don’t rent a car. The fridge in the room was somewhat noisy at night.

Air conditioning system needs consistency!!! Views from some rooms could be better, leaving guests disappointed. Long wait times for bus services can disrupt your plans. Laundry options seem lacking, which can be a hassle in warm weather!!!

The comfortable bed and excellent shower were significant positives, coupled with a lovely remote setting. service was minimal, and the buffet breakfast was just adequate.
